With the Southwest Rapid Rewards family of credit cards, it’s our job to make sure customers feel the same Customer Service and Hospitality they do in the air. So, in an effort to bring heart and humanity to an otherwise lifeless piece of plastic, we personified the cards with props and wardrobe elements that tell tiny stories about the personalities of each cardholder.
Bonus! My copywriter and I (known to our agency as “Tarpi”) started a fake band and I designed some cover art for it. We imagine it as punk lady rock, maybe with some latin influence? It’s a work in progress.
